Its true.. the lastest installment in the most popular racing game series aka Need for Speed will be rolled out on November 18th 2008 under the name Need For Speed Undercover.

The Game will be released for wide range of consoles which includes PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo DS, Wii, Microsoft Windows, PlayStation Portable, iPod Touch, iPhone and mobile phone.

The Scene sets in a fictional city called the Tri City where the Gamer will  take on a ruthless international crime syndicate   by performing death dealing  tasks  and compete in  dangerous races.

The Players only contact with the Cops is through the Detective Chase Linh who is voiced by the MI-3 star Maggie W.

A wide Range of vehicles to choose from which includes Police Vehicles which can be driven by the Gamer as well.The Gameplay is believed to be somewhat similar to NFS Carbon and NFS Most Wanted but according to the Electronic Arts CEO John Riccitiello ” Undercover  will bring better innovations and gameplay” A New mode called the HighWay Battle Mode has also been inluded

The Game is believed to be inspired from the Car Based action movie The Transporter and The Transporter 2.

No one including Electronic Arts have forgotten the dismal performance by the Last game in the Series called the NFS Pro Street and the new game is expected to cover the Target Sales of the Previous version as well.

In the recent announcement made by Square Enix it was learnt that A new chapter to the Much popular Final Fantasy sub series, Crystal Chronicles will be out on Nintendo Wii and DS by January 29th 2009 under the name Echoes of Time.

Not much is known about the game at this point of time however it will allow the Wii as well as DS users to player along side each other simultaneously.

Come Jan 29 and you will know it all when Echoes will be heard.

After the Huge success of the popular life simulation video game The Sims EA  has now moved its focus towards Animals instead of Humans.

Here the Gamer can deal with around 60 species of animals .The Life of the user controlled animals and animals around it flourishes or deteriorates depending upon how the game is being played.Just like in sims the players uses the animals to solve challenges and achieve goals by unlocking new forest or a rear or unlocking new species of animals.

In the Multiplayer mode the upto 3 players can join in and play on a single Forest Area.

The Game will be out in Early January next fall on Nintendo Wii and DS plus on IPhone and Ipod Touch.

Sources Close to Swordfish Studios have denied the rumor of the game 50 Cent :Sand on the Blood being jettisoned few hours after the rumor of cancellation spread all over the internet.Sources do say that the development team is however working hard in removing the bugs and glitches and the release date may get adjusted by 1 week or so. Studios are also confident of their existence in the future of the gaming industry Says the GBiz

The Cancellation news is believed to be because of the Publisher Activision-Blizzard who will definately retain titles such as Crash Bandicoot, Ice Age, Spyro and Protoype which suits thier long term strategy but are also negotiating over the other titles from Vivendi Games.Now it also believed that THQ will be stepping in the publishers boots but after the recent cancellation rumor nothing can be assured at this point of time.

The Fifth Installment in the Call of Duty Video game series will be known as Call of Duty : World at War.Returning to the development scenerio this time will be the Treyarch for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, Wii, Xbox 360.The Nintedo DS version however will be developed by n-Space.

Activision will be handling the job of publisher and the game will be out world wide in mid November 2008.

The Scene sets in the Pacific theater and Eastern front of World War II for the two campaigns where one features the United States Marine Corps battling the Japanese Raiders and the other is to follow the Soviet Red Army during the end of the war.

Making its return will be the Flamethrower which was last seen in the 1st version of the COD series with new flammable environments.

The multiplayer involves both Local as well as for the first time in the series will will involve Online multiplayer mode even for Nintendo DS.

Kiefer Sutherland the voice of the Sniper in the Phone Booth and Gary Oldman,the Lead of upcoming Christmas Carol will be doing the voice-overs.

FIFA 09 will be the latest installment in the FIFA Series and will be 16th Release in the Series and as usual it has been developed by EA Canada and will be Published by EA Sports.

The Game will be out on all the Major consoles namely : PC, Mobile, Nintendo DS, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Portable, Wii, Xbox 360.

The Game will be released all over by October 15th while the Demo has been released 5 days back.

Among the Improvement from the previous version it will have a Better Goalkeeper Save n recovery system. User controlled wheather options, Matches can now be played as Day, Night and Day and night, Real life substitution animations It will also Include a 10 on 10 Be A pro Mode with both online and offline gameplays plus of course the user controlled celebrations for the1st time in the FIFA series.

A Huge Add on is a Adidas Live Season which updates the player forms in accordance with the performence in the last match.This option is availabe to PC,Playstation 3 and XBOX360 gamers who need to suscribe for this service which is available for the six leauges Barclay’s Premier League, La Liga BBVA, Ligue 1, Bundesliga, Serie A and Mexican Primera Division.

FIFA 09 Clubs will be introduced in the game which is a online service and where gamers only from Playstatiion 3 and XBox 360 around the globe will join hands in a 10 on 10 be pro mode and will determine which is the best virtual team of the world.

It includes around 30 Leagues and near 500 Teams to play with.15 New stadiums will be included out of which Wembley Stadium and FIWC can be seen in the Playstation 3 and XBox 360 Demos repectively.

The Tenth Installation in the most popular WWE Smackdown video game franchise know as SmackDown Vs RAW 2009 will hit the stores this November.The Game will be out on all the major consoles such as PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Portable, Wii, Nintendo DS, Xbox 360, Mobile.

But Obvious the Publisher remains the same THQ and the development will be done by Yukes Future Media Creators for all the console version except for DS where it will be handled by the japanese TOSE instead of Amaze Entertainment as seen in the previous version.

The major Add ons in this version are the improved Tag team modes which involves new tagging styles attacks,interference and team moves.

Also for the 1st time featured in a video game will be a Infereno Match where the Ropes will be Set on Fire and the temperature of the ring increases as devastating moves start to take place.Once it reaches 500F the wrestler is likely to catch fire.

Finishing Styles will be Enhanced with the ability to save the Finishing moves for the usage in the later stage and working up with the secondary Finishers.In addition to this there will be a create a finisher mode which includes over 500 animation to get the gamer his/her desired finisher.

The Commentary Team remains the same however more emphasis is laid on play by play commentary.

Online Gaming Features will be available for Playstation 3, XBox 360 and Wii other consoles are deprived of it though.

I am here with an exciting news for all the House of the Dead gaming series fans, Sega and Headstrong Games are all set to roll out a new installment to its house of dead game series. This new edition is named as “The House of the Dead: Overkill“. This new installement will be exclusively for Wii and will be made available in 2009.

“We wanted to do something really different with The House of the Dead: OVERKILL,” commented Bradley Crooks, Studio Head at Headstrong Games. “With SEGA, we’ve been able to create a fresh look for the franchise. I think you’ll agree it’s like nothing you’ve seen before on Wii.”

Now this new bee on the attack is the latest boxing offering which gives the users to break the face of the opponents or get thier face broken instead.The deformation of the face is almost instantaneous and real time which gives one as idea of the sweat broken by the gamers to knonck their opponents down.

The game will not feature things on a serious note as it will feature cartoony style fighting.however it depends more on the users perception so as how to take the things that comes.
