The Publishing Tycoon Activision has teamed up with USO(United States Organisation),a non profit organisation whose motive is to boost morale of those serving in the Nation’s Army.

The together with USO ,Activison will be sending the copies of thier greatest his…the but obvious call of duty to the troops of the Army as a gift to thier services.

Activsion has also annouced to donate 10 USD to USO on every purchase of the Call of Duty:World at War. So now while playing online you can have a game with an active armyman or armywomen who will take thier enemies down in the virtual world

In a Move which came in as a surprise to many ,it was learnt that DLC of the Guitar hero world tour which consists of user made tracks from the other popular videos has been removed from thier online servers.

The tracks to be deleted are from the likes of the Nintendo Based games Zelda and Mario Bros.

The Main reson behind this suddn deletion is believed to be the copyright issues of the music.

Although the tracks have been removed from the online servers it still exists on the users harddisk who downloaded the track so if you cant compose the Zelda or Mario music contact your friends…may be they are having it on thier harddisks.

Developed by Harmonix Music Systems, as the sequel to Rock Band and Published by MTV, the EA Distribution will roll out Rock Band 2 on Nov 21st in Europe.This Release will be only on XBOX 360.

The Game is believed to be a direct rival to the Activision Guitar Hero which will be released in Europe by 8th November on  PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3 and Wii in addition to Xbox360

Lets Hope that  the terrible delays which happened with Rock Band 1 does not happens with Rock Band 2

Sources Close to Swordfish Studios have denied the rumor of the game 50 Cent :Sand on the Blood being jettisoned few hours after the rumor of cancellation spread all over the internet.Sources do say that the development team is however working hard in removing the bugs and glitches and the release date may get adjusted by 1 week or so. Studios are also confident of their existence in the future of the gaming industry Says the GBiz

However as One Rumor ends another begins. The Cancellation news is believed to be because of the Publisher Activision-Blizzard who will definately retain titles such as Crash Bandicoot, Ice Age, Spyro and Protoype which suits thier long term strategy but are also negotiating over the other titles from Vivendi Games.Now it also believed that THQ will be stepping in the publishers boots but after the recent cancellation rumor nothing can be assured at this point of time.

Intentionally or Unintentionally The Game got its much required publicity before release.

The Fifth Installment in the Call of Duty Video game series will be known as Call of Duty : World at War.Returning to the development scenerio this time will be the Treyarch for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, Wii, Xbox 360.The Nintedo DS version however will be developed by n-Space.

Activision will be handling the job of publisher and the game will be out world wide in mid November 2008.

The Scene sets in the Pacific theater and Eastern front of World War II for the two campaigns where one features the United States Marine Corps battling the Japanese Raiders and the other is to follow the Soviet Red Army during the end of the war.

Making its return will be the Flamethrower which was last seen in the 1st version of the COD series with new flammable environments.

The multiplayer involves both Local as well as for the first time in the series will will involve Online multiplayer mode even for Nintendo DS.

Kiefer Sutherland the voice of the Sniper in the Phone Booth and Gary Oldman,the Lead of upcoming Christmas Carol will be doing the voice-overs.

Based on the films Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace which is the next movie in the James Bond series the next game in the Popular James bond Videogame series will also be called as Quantum of Solace and its release is rumoured to be coincided with the Release date of the Movie which is late 2008 and will be out on PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, Nintendo DS, PC.

This Version will be Published by Activision as they earned the License for it in 2006.The Game will be developed by 4 developers according to the console of the game namely Treyarch (Xbox 360 and PS3),
Eurocom (Windows and PS2), Beenox (Wii) and Vicarious Visions (DS).

The Game is bieng made with the Call of Duty 4 Engine.

The Game will be a traditional first shooter person with views switching to third person shooter in quick time events such as chasing an enemy or having a conversation so as to prove the users that they are actually James Bond.

This Game will be First of its kind to Feature Craig’s Voice over n and looks closely related to the real thing
