Wanted:Weapons of Fate
This one is an upcoming video game which is being developed by GRIN and will be published by Universal Studios.
The game picks up from where the Angelina Jolie starrer movie “Wanted” left off.
The Game will be out on Microsoft Windows, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 somewhere in the 1st quater of 2009.The game promises to deliver the same off the hook visual style and jaw opening actions as seen earliar in the blockbuster.
The Gamers will take up the Lead role of Wesley or his father Cross and deal with all new enemies which includes the French chapter of the Fraternity who are fanatical about upholding the code of the Loom of Fate
With distictly visible moves such as “Curving Bullets” and “Assassin Time” which are drawn directly from the film, this game of fates will take its in depth third-person action combat to the next level .

In a Move which came in as a surprise to many ,it was learnt that DLC of the Guitar hero world tour which consists of user made tracks from the other popular videos has been removed from thier online servers.
The tracks to be deleted are from the likes of the Nintendo Based games Zelda and Mario Bros.
The Main reson behind this suddn deletion is believed to be the copyright issues of the music.
Although the tracks have been removed from the online servers it still exists on the users harddisk who downloaded the track so if you cant compose the Zelda or Mario music contact your friends…may be they are having it on thier harddisks.

Just a Few weeks before the release of the big thing The Demo of the Tomb Raider Underworld has ben rolled out.
The demo features Lara in the search of Thor’s hammer and . lets you gamers play through the ruins of Thailand.
So just go ahead and download the Demo although do keep in mind that it is actually 1.15 GB

Developed by Harmonix Music Systems, as the sequel to Rock Band and Published by MTV, the EA Distribution will roll out Rock Band 2 on Nov 21st in Europe.This Release will be only on XBOX 360.
The Game is believed to be a direct rival to the Activision Guitar Hero which will be released in Europe by 8th November on PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3 and Wii in addition to Xbox360
Lets Hope that the terrible delays which happened with Rock Band 1 does not happens with Rock Band 2

This wednesday All the XBox Live Arcade Subscriber will have a shot to prove themselves better n smarter than a 5th Grader.
The Game will be launched under the supervision of THQ and Blitz Arcade and will be priced @ 15 USD.
The Game will probably help you earn some online credits however failing in the game will be at the cost of your pride as well as the entry fees,
So if you are havnt made it to the TV Show dont feel low you can have a stint @ XLBA

Developed by Sega’s acquired game developer Secret Level, the latest installment of the Golden Axe series known as Golden Axe: Beast Rider is out on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 .
The game will feature the return of Tyris Flare, the female amazon warrior from the first installment of the series will make her return to the franchise only this time she will be riding Beasts.
A M Rating has been awarded due to the in game dismemberments, decapitations and nudity.
As Far as the Gameplay is concerned only a Single Player mode is availabe as of now however SEGA’s assures that the follow up to the game will definately feature a co-op mode too.
The Game bagged dismal scores in the begining
A dissappointing 3.2 out of 10 from IGN to start with.IGN even qouted it as “A game worth avoiding” while GamePro called it “poorly designed and “a terrible game that feels like a slap in the face to fans of the original franchise“.It ended up at a decent 6.8 /10 in the TeamXBox Scores.
Good news for SEGA as well as for die hard Golden Axe fans that the game recently got a surprising 9.2 out of 10 from Play Magazine.
Mixed Reactions so far although there are many for reviews yet to come for the game.

A Huge amount of sales of XBox 360 consoles results in the increase in sales of the XBox consoles by 157% in the past 7 months this year.
The increase in sales has been largely attributed to the titles like Tales of Vesperia and Infinite Discovery.
Although the XBOX 360 shares the smallest part of the all consoles sold in Japan the 157% hike is not a scence setter but a confidence booster for sure.
According to the data provided by Famitsu,the Lifetime sales of the consoles in Japan are
- DS Lite: 17,080,747
- PSP: 10,181,888
- DS: 6,449,206
- Wii: 6,826,612
- PS3: 2,369,484
- Xbox 360: 748,992
It is Expected that XBox 360 will reach the million benchmark before 2008 runs out

Microsoft has got patented a Audio Data Censoring Technology with their very own XBox Live as its mandatory application.
The Technology was invented by Danieli & Damon V. (Clyde Hill, WA)
With the aid of this technology an input audio data stream under consideration, comprising speech is processed by an automatic censoring filter in either a real-time mode, or a batch mode, which then produces a censored speech which results in undesired words or phrases are either presented to be unintelligible or are inaudible at the other end.
The automatic censoring filter compares the phonemes and/or words derived from phonemes embedded in the application against corresponding phonemes or words which are the undesired part of the speech data. If the probability that a phoneme or word in the input audio data stream matches a corresponding phoneme or word in the undesired speech data or is greater than a probability threshold, the input audio data stream is altered.
So Dont be amused When you say the F-Word and the recipient hears either Hello or a musical note.

The Sequel to the Scene It? Lights, Camera, Action will finally be out on October 28th 2008 for XBox 360 gamers.This Fact was learnt in a recent announcement made by Microsoft regarding the game.
The Game will be called Scene It? Box Office which is based on the popular DVD-based party game of the same name,
The Game is developed by Krome Studios and Screenlife.
The Publisher,Microsoft also disclosed the the Game will be available at $40 for a standalone game or at $60 for a bundle containing with four Big Button pad controllers along with the game.
This will be the first non-downloadable game to feature Xbox 360 Avatars which were introduced to the Xbox 360 in Fall 2008,

Its true.. the lastest installment in the most popular racing game series aka Need for Speed will be rolled out on November 18th 2008 under the name Need For Speed Undercover.
The Game will be released for wide range of consoles which includes PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo DS, Wii, Microsoft Windows, PlayStation Portable, iPod Touch, iPhone and mobile phone.
The Scene sets in a fictional city called the Tri City where the Gamer will take on a ruthless international crime syndicate by performing death dealing tasks and compete in dangerous races.
The Players only contact with the Cops is through the Detective Chase Linh who is voiced by the MI-3 star Maggie W.
A wide Range of vehicles to choose from which includes Police Vehicles which can be driven by the Gamer as well.The Gameplay is believed to be somewhat similar to NFS Carbon and NFS Most Wanted but according to the Electronic Arts CEO John Riccitiello ” Undercover will bring better innovations and gameplay” A New mode called the HighWay Battle Mode has also been inluded
The Game is believed to be inspired from the Car Based action movie The Transporter and The Transporter 2.
No one including Electronic Arts have forgotten the dismal performance by the Last game in the Series called the NFS Pro Street and the new game is expected to cover the Target Sales of the Previous version as well.
